Students will need the following basic supplies by the first day of classes: - Binders – can be whatever size you prefer; separate binders for each class, or several classes combined in a larger size binder
- Loose-leaf paper – needed for turning in assignments (spiral paper is not acceptable for homework); can be college ruled or wide ruled; may also use for taking notes in class
- Spiral notebooks – if you prefer, spiral-bound notebooks can be used for taking notes in class, but this paper is not acceptable for work turned in to teachers.
- Pencils / Erasers / Pencil Sharpener
- Blue / Black pens – only blue or black ink can be used for school work
- Combination lock (for lockers) – keyed locks will not be permitted
- Art Supplies – students will receive an art supplies list on the first day of school and will need to acquire the noted items within 1-2 weeks
Notes: - Teachers will inform students of any other specific supplies required for their classes
- Student planners, in which students will write their assignments for each course on each day, will be provided by the school at the beginning of the school year.
- Students will engage in project work in some classes that require materials such as poster board, glue sticks, colored paper, etc. While students will be given ample notice and time for work on these assignments, some families find it helpful to have such items "on hand."
